The Branding Iron Restaurant is closed for the season. RESTAURANT LEASE OPPORTUNITY The property is the on-site restaurant to the Branding Iron Motel. The restaurant has a 27 year history of operations and is located steps away from the motel. The motel is equally well established and is the largest in Chama with 39 units. The restaurant has been newly remodeled and is approximately 2600 s.f. with about 1090 s.f. given over to the dining room in the front (seating for 48).
